Bid submission: 11 Sept 2019
Bid for Bundle-3, under the Toll-Operate-Transfer (TOT) Model, has been invited since 13 June 2019 with bid due date of 11 September 2019, Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari has told Parliament on 25 July 2019.
However, the Bidding process was annulled for Bundle-2 due to low quote by highest bidder, which 14% below Authority Estimated Initial Estimated Concession Value (IECV), he said in a written update on the 6,400-km TOT based National Highway projects.
The TOT Bundle-2 was invited 6 August and three Bids were received on due date of 19 December 2018.
Meanwhile, work has started on 29 Aug 2018 on the first Bundle of TOT with a length of 680 km.
Consortium of MAIF Investments India and Ashoka Buildcon Limited has deposited the Bid Concession fee of Rs.9,681.5 crore on 28 Aug 2018. fiinews.com
