Zinier-TCS’s AI-driven solutions
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched of Silicon Valley-based Zinier’s solution at the TCS Digital Field Service Management (DFSM) Practice campus in Kochi.
The purpose of this launch is to enable collaboration between the two organizations to jointly explore cutting-edge digital field service solutions for global Field Service customers, tapping into the unique capabilities of Zinier’s AI-driven platform, ISAC, and TCS’s broad domain and implementation expertise.
Zinier’s solution will be incorporated into the TCS Field Service Lab and Experience Center (FLEX), where TCS showcases its field service digital solutions and capabilities to customers.
