Universal Sompo to work close with PBGB

A Japanese-Indian joint venture, Universal Sompo General Insurance has tied-up with Puduvai Bharathiar Grama Bank (PBGB) to offer variety of general insurance solutions and innovative products to the bank customers in the entire union territory of Puducherry.

The company would closely work with the bank to impart product and operational training and streamlining processes.

Puduvai Bharathiar Grama Bank operates covering all four regions — Puducherry, Karaikal, Mahe & Yanam, said an announcement on 13 Nov 2020.
