Recognition for 3.14-km project by Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records
Teams from Maharashtra Metro and National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) have completed the longest Double-Decker Viaduct (3.14-km) with Highway Flyover and Metro Rail supported on single column piers.
Congratulating the teams on completion of 3.14-km project, Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari said that building Maximum Metro stations (3 stations) on Double Decker Viaduct in Nagpur was recognized by Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records.
“This is indeed a proud moment for the entire country,” he said in a series of tweets on 10 July 2022.
