Shah assures support for Karnataka Milk Federation
The Government has completed action plan to establish two lakh primary dairies in every panchayat of the country over the next three years, Home Minster Amit Shah said at the inauguration of a mega dairy in Karnataka.
The Karnataka Milk Federation will be provided with technical support, cooperative sector support and overall functioning support, assured Shah who is also Cooperation Minister.
The Minister inaugurated the Rs.260 crore Mega Dairy at Mandya, Karnataka, on 30 Dec 2022, expressing confidence that investments in dairies will make India a big export of milk in the world.
