Q2 revenue up 18.4% to Rs.5,767cr
Tata Communications is executing multiple strategic measures, including land monetisation, which will help the group create capacity for future opportunities and reposition its assets to capture medium to long term profitable growth.
This assessment was given by Kabir Ahmed Shakir, Chief Financial Officer, Tata Communications, as he underlined, “The fundamentals of the business continue to be strong.”
The assessment was reported with Tata Communications’ financial results for the second quarter of FY25.
The company reported gross revenue of Rs.5,767 crore for Q2 ended 30 Sept 2024, up 18.4% on Rs.4,872 crore for the quarter a year ago.
PAT for Q2 increased by 3% to Rs.227 crore from Rs.221 crore for Q2 2023.
Commenting on the results, A.S. Lakshminarayanan, MD and CEO, Tata Communications, said on 18 Oct, “We are pleased to report a strong year-on-year growth in revenue and EBITDA. Our order book has expanded with some key strategic wins across markets.
