Hyderabad will continue to grow to support Armanino’s global client base, says Shah
Armanino, a top 20 accounting and consulting firm, announces the successful opening of its Ahmedabad-based office and further plans for continued expansion of its operations in India under the leadership of Shrenik Shah, Managing Director of Armanino India.
Armanino’s India office has exceeded expectations since the appointment of Shah, growing to over 100 full-time employees actively engaged in supporting Armanino’s global client base through tax, audit support, consulting, advisory and digital transformation initiatives, including AI.
“Armanino India has rapidly become a critical part of our growth strategy, allowing us to support our clients with even greater scale and efficiency around the clock,” said Matt Armanino, CEO of Armanino Advisory LLC.
“We knew that to find success we had to focus on building a team that reflects our values of innovation and client service and I am proud of the work we’ve done to establish a truly distinctive India presence, which will ultimately drive momentum and create lasting value for both our clients and firm.”
In under a year, Shah and his team have built out Armanino’s presence in India, creating a skilled team to service clients in both tax strategy and consulting services, with a focus on cutting-edge solutions that address complex client needs, said Armanino which offers challenging and diverse work engagements with exposure to the same kind of work one would find across all of its offices propelling career paths forward for its India-based employees.
These opportunities have contributed greatly to the office’s growth and success. Shah’s leadership fosters the same culture of innovation and entrepreneurship that differentiates Armanino within the US, allowing Armanino India to draw in top talent from across the region.
“The office, career opportunities and culture established at Armanino India reflect the success of growth and brand recognition of Armanino as a whole and have been a magnet for talent,” said Shah.
“With such early success, continuing our expansion into Hyderabad will allow us to continue to grow our teams to support Armanino’s global client base,” he said on 11 Nov.
Armanino’s Ahmedabad presence is expanding further to accommodate its rapidly growing team. The firm will open a separate satellite office in Ahmedabad to house an additional 50-person workforce.
Armanino also plans to open a new office in Hyderabad to meet the overwhelming demand for positions at the firm. This Hyderabad location will serve as a hub for the firm’s continued expansion into the region.
In addition to its expansion plans, Armanino India has established key executive leadership overseeing tax (Anagha Vartak), trust work (Rounak Somani), and consulting efforts (Ananth Mahadevan), positioning the firm for sustained growth and innovation.
